Charles Peyton Chambers' Obituary
Charles Peyton Chambers
1997 - 2016
Charles Peyton Chambers was born April 13, 1997 in Provo, UT, a delightful cherub who, from the very start, took an interest in people and drew them in, sharing his light and delight with life with them. He spent his earliest years in Orem, Utah and later moved to Monmouth, Oregon. The last few years, he resided in Boise, Idaho. His mother, father, sister, and brothers cherished loving, fun moments with him. He treasured family, loyalty, honesty, and caring relationships. Peyton loved longboarding, whitewater rafting, cooking, reading, especially anything about WWII, learning of all kinds, especially conquering challenging skills, and his Viking heritage, as well as going to concerts and being with family and friends. He was always so extremely independent, smart, articulate, kind-hearted and compassionate, funny, brave and outgoing. His brilliant smile, sparkling eyes, genuine kindness, warm humor, loyalty, thoughtfulness, and wisdom about life and people made him a beloved brother, son, grandson, cousin, nephew, and friend.
Peyton, who is gone from this life far too soon, passed from this existence October 24, 2016. He leaves behind many broken hearts, including those of his mother, Allison High-Chambers of Taylorsville, Utah; father, Charles (Chip) Chambers (Jennifer) of Boise, Idaho; sister Connar Coleman; brothers Cage Turner, Cordell Camp, Kelton Chambers, and David Spillers. He will be deeply missed by his grandparents, Jeanie Leit-Taylor (John), Monmouth, Oregon; and Kenneth and Arlynn High, Orem, Utah; and by many loving uncles, aunts, cousins and step brothers and sisters. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Charles Chambers, uncle, Monte Mower, and aunt, Cynthia Bahmiller-High. His light, humor, kindness, and love will be greatly missed. Until we see you again, we remember you with great love and longing, beloved Peyton.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 4, 2016 at 11:00 am in the LDS ward building, 1875 North 280 West, Orem, Utah. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 10:45 am before the services. Interment will be in the Pleasant Grove City cemetery, approximately 600 North 100 West, Pleasant Grove, Utah.
