Charlotte was a resident at my current job. She always had a smile on her face and something nice to say, especially when someone had their dog around which she adorned. I’ll never forget her usually order of a grilled cheese with tomato every lunch and dinner, it made her so excited to automatically bring her meal out and her ask how did you know I wanted that.
