Charlotte Marie Edwards' Obituary
Charlotte Marie Edwards
Charlotte Marie Edwards, a beloved friend, sister, and mother to many fur babies, passed away January 12, 2024, peacefully at her home in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, surrounded by loved ones. Born September 5, 1944, in Milford, Utah, to Cecil and Bethany Alberta Angell Edwards. Charlotte’s spirit was as vast and beautiful as the landscapes of her home state.
Charlotte attended Saint Francis High School in Provo, Utah, graduating with the class of 1962. Her academic journey continued at the Utah Trade Technical Institute in Provo, where she graduated from the Dental Assistant Class of 1963. Her education laid the foundation for her career at the Utah State Training School, where she dedicated her professional life to serving others.
Charlotte was the beloved sister of William Edwards, Cecilia Mildenhall, Michael Edwards, and Kevin Edwards, and the aunt to many nieces and nephews. She cherished the bond she shared with her siblings and family and the memories they created together.
Charlotte was a woman of many passions, but her love for her fur babies was unparalleled. She was a mother to many pets throughout her life, each one holding a special place in her heart. Her home was a sanctuary for those creatures, filled with warmth, love, and endless treats. An avid golfer, Charlotte found peace and tranquility on the golf course. She loved the challenge of the game, the camaraderie of her golfing buddies, and the beauty of the outdoors. Her love for golf was only matched by her love for her fur babies. She often joked that her perfect day would be spent playing a round of golf in the morning and cuddling her pets in the afternoon.
Charlotte’s passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Her kindness, generosity, and love for animals will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her spirit will live on in the memories of her loved ones.
We invite those who knew Charlotte to join us in celebrating her life and honoring her memory. She may no longer be with us in body, but her spirit lives on in the hearts of those she touched. We will remember her as a loving sister, a devoted pet mother, and a dear friend.
Charlotte Marie Edwards, your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure. You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure. Rest in peace, dear friend. Your spirit will forever roam the beautiful landscapes of Utah, and your love will be felt in the hearts of those you left behind.
