Charlynn "Sherry" Peck's Obituary
Our loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Charlynn “Sherry” Peck passed away August 8, 2020 at her home. She was born September 29, 1947 in Roy, Utah to Charles Packard Wright and Lorna Rice.
Charlynn graduated from Granger High School. She married James “Jim” Peck on May 29, 1971; later solemnized in the Jordan River Temple, September 5, 1998.
Charlynn loved to read, was very outgoing, and loved to shoot guns. She also enjoyed dancing, and visiting Metropolis, Nevada. Most of all she enjoyed making messes with her grandkids.
She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Survived by her husband, Jim; children, Robert (Brandy) Peck and Marci Goodfellow. Also survived by grandchildren, Earl Goodfellow, Tyler Peck, McKenzie Lewis, Sierra Goodfellow, Conner Barrett, Wyatt Peck, Dallas Goodfellow and siblings, Charles (Colleen) Wright, Richard (Renee) Wright,, Loralee Wright, Gordon (Haruyo) Wright, Lanae (Jeff) Poland and Leonard Wright, along with many extended family and friends.
Preceded in death by her parents; son-in-law, Troy Goodfellow and sister Manetta Wright.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, August 15th, 11:00 am at Redwood Memorial Cemetery, 6500 So. Redwood Road, West Jordan, with a viewing prior from 9 – 10:30 am at the Spencer 3rd Ward, 8181 W. Breeze Dr. Magna.
