Christine passed away on March 7, 2026. She was born on January 28, 1947, in Payson and raised in Murray, Utah. A graduate of Murray High School, Class of 1965, Christine lived a life centered on family and close relationships. She valued time spent in conversation and connection with those she loved.
She is survived by her sisters, Janet (Jim) Lund and Kim (Joey) Montrone; her children, Stacey Garcia (David), Cory (Melissa), and Kelly; her 10 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. She is also survived by her long time friend, George. She loved animals and left behind a cat named Maggie who now has a new home with one of her friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lila Braithwaite.
Christine enjoyed reading and especially valued time spent with her long time friends and grandchildren, who were an important part of her life.
A memorial service will be held on April 25, 2026, from 10:00a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Premier Funeral Services, 67 East 8000 South, Midvale, Utah.
