Christine passed away on March7, 2026. She was born on January28, 1947, in Payson and raisedin Murray, Utah. A graduate ofMurray High School, Class of 1965,Christine lived a life centered onfamily and close relationships. Shevalued time spent in conversation and connection with those sheloved.
She is survived by her sisters, Janet (Jim) Lund and Kim (Joey)Montrone; her children, Stacey Garcia (David), Cory (Melissa),and Kelly; her 10 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.She is also survived by her longtime friend, George. She lovedanimals and left behind a cat named Maggie who now has a newhome with one of her friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lila Braithwaite.
Christine enjoyed reading and especially valued time spentwith her longtime friends and grandchildren, who were animportant part of her life.
A memorial service will be held on April 25, 2026, from 10:00a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Premier Funeral Services, 67 East 8000South, Midvale, Utah.
