Christopher Dale Moulton's Obituary
Christopher Dale Moulton passed away on April 22, 2023, at the age of 51. He was born on June 2, 1971 to Dale and Pat Moulton. He is survived by his loving mother, Pat; caring sisters Janet Christensen and husband Tony Christensen; Suzanne Elkins and husband Randy Elkins; Julie Ramirez and husband Jason Ramirez; and many nieces and nephews who loved him very much.
Christopher was a bright light in a sometimes-dark world. Even though he suffered from many health conditions for his entire life, he never let it stop him from being joyful and bringing that joy to all around him. He had a million-dollar smile, one that was incredibly infectious. Because of his challenging circumstances, his family all became care takers in one way or another. This created such a special bond between him and them, and he no doubt felt the love that carried him through his life. He didn’t just bring joy to the family, though. All of those who had the privilege to know and take care of Christopher will tell you what an incredibly happy and sweet man he was.
While it’s true that Christopher spent too much time in and out of hospitals, he was a fighter. He had an intense desire to live, to wake up every day and see or speak to his family. He had such a special connection with his father, Dale, and mother, Pat, who dedicated their lives to taking care of him. His sisters also worked very hard to make sure Christopher had every need met and knew his family loved him intensely. Christopher attended and graduated from Hartvigsen School in Salt Lake City, Utah, and enjoyed being around other people. He became a well-rounded son and brother, one who we are excited to see live his best life in God’s promised new world.
The hope of seeing Christopher again has really brought much comfort to the family. We know that one day soon, he will be brought back to a perfect life here to a paradise earth. There will be no more illness, imperfection, sadness, or tears. (John 5:28, 29; Revelation 21:3, 4) Christopher will be finally able to live the life God intended for him to live with a body that will be made new, free of pain and ailments. He is now safely in God’s memory, awaiting these promises and will be resurrected with his loving father, Dale, and his grandmother Elva, who he adored. We all long for that day to come.
A private memorial service will be held for the family and will be coordinated at a later date. Condolences can be sent to the family at www.premierfuneral.com.
