Christopher B. Murdock's Obituary
On Aug 6th Christopher Bryan Murdock (Uncle Awesome), (Ocean), passed away at the age of 39 in Pleasant Grove, Utah, after a 16 month long battle with cancer.
Chris will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Kallie Jean Murdock (33), his four children, Owen (9), Reese (8), Addie (7), and Emmett (2), as well as his parents, siblings, numerous nieces and nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Chris graduated from American Fork High School in 1998, as well as massage therapy school later on. He also served an LDS mission in Hawaii from 2000-2002. He enjoyed snowboarding and was well known for his distinct sense of humor that he never lost, even when the battle got tough. Most of all Chris loved being with his wife and kids. The kids’ favorite memories with him include: games, wrestling, hugs and kisses, songs and stories at bedtime, and how he said he loved them every single day.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, August 10th at 1028 W. 1000 N. Pleasant Grove, Utah at 9:30am. A funeral service will follow the viewing at 11:00am.
