Christopher Kirk VanDuren's Obituary
After a long battle with cancer this living father, grandfather, husband, son, brother, uncle Christopher Kirk Van Duran, passed away peacefully Saturday September 3rd 2016.
Chris will be dearly missed by all of his family. Though it is hard to say goodbye knowing you are out of pain and free helps to ease our pain. We are grateful to have had you in our lives. Chris leaves behind a wife, four beautiful children and a wonderful grandson. His family was his pride and joy and he memory will live on in each of our hearts.
Viewing will be held Thursday Sept 8th for family and close friends at Midvale East 4th ward. 87 E. 7100 S. from 10:30 - 11:30. Followed by gravside service at Mountain View memorial cemetary at 12:00. Survived by his wife, Sherri Van Duren; his children, Braxton, Forrest, Isaac and Alyssa Van Duren; his grandson, Jude Van Duren; mother Patricia (Larry) Brinkerhoff; father, Dennis (Barbara) Van Duren; brothers, Mike Van Duren, Tim (Allison) Van Duren, Jeremy Van Duren, Spencer (Clanci) Van Duren; sisters, Katie (Clinton) Kennedy, Jodi (Dee) Vickery, Michaele (Bart) Shappet; niece's, nephews, aunts, uncles, and many more. Loved by all.
