Chrystal Minta Gill's Obituary
Chrystal Minta (Cowan) Gill, our guardian Angel, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend reunited with the love of her life on September 13th at her home in South Jordan Utah surrounded by her family.
Born March 5th, 1941 to Phoebe Minta (Westover) Cowan and Vernon Elmer Cowan in Salt Lake City, Utah. She married Kenneth J Gill February 6th, 1960. Grandma loved fishing, camping, and outdoors. She was an exceptional artist who loved to draw and paint. The last several years her favorite pastime was spending 1:1 time with her great-grandchildren painting, baking, playing games, watching movies and just being near each other.
She is survived by son Kenneth (Linda); daughters Machelle Kinder, & Teresa (Paul) Price, 2 sisters, 2 brothers, 10 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Proceeded in death by her husband Kenneth J Gill, her parents, and 4 siblings. Chrystal was a generous and fun-loving spirit that lit up any room she entered. Forever in our hearts you will be missed.
Family & Friends are welcome to celebrate her life on 9/18/21 @ 3pm. 1598 W 9620 S. South Jordan, Utah.
