Cindy Garner Bailey's Obituary
Cindy Garner Bailey of Eagle Mountain, Utah, passed away peacefully at her home, October 12, 2021, surrounded by her children and husband after a long battle with the effects of COVID-19. Born December 14, 1964 to Eugene and Renae Garner in Ogden, Utah.
She had a love and compassion for all she met and was loved by many. She was adopted by many of her children’s friends as their second mother. Cindy had a light about her that was impossible to not see. She made everyone smile and laugh all the time. She was a beautiful woman, inside and out, that many people, especially her children, looked up to and aspired to be like. Her children and grandchildren were her whole world. There was not a child’s or grandchild’s sports event, dance performance, or even a short ten-minute school performance that she missed. She was their biggest supporter. She was their best friend. She absolutely loved her little family of chaos and her little family of chaos absolutely loved her. She will be truly missed.
She is survived by her husband, Brian Bailey; her five children: Chelsea Nay, Chris Jackson, Chantel Hixson, Brianna Bailey, and Aubri Bailey; as well as her siblings: Joe Garner, Gena Garner, and Phillip Garner. her eight grandchildren: Caleb and Tyler Nay, Brody, Cooper, Taysom and Gage Hixson, Felicity and Sophie Jackson.
Funeral services will take place at 12 noon, Saturday, October 16, 2021 at the LDS Chapel, 8285 Porter’s Crossing Parkway, Eagle Mountain, Utah with a viewing to begin at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at Pony Express Memorial Cemetery, 1650 East Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah.
“Momma, we love you and find comfort in knowing that you are ‘knee deep in the water somewhere’.”
