Peggy was the dearest friend of my Jr high time in Jacksonville Arkansas. I was lucky to spend time with Peggy and her family. I saw Peggy tap at recital. We pulled taffy at her house. I was invited to go to youth group dance. Peggy is one of kindest and smartest people I’ve known. Her family was and is a bright light. Her mother was at the center of that light. What a lovely lady. I was with my parents for several days this month and we reminisced about your wonderful family. My mother can still picture Cappy and my sister Michelle sitting together in a tree outside our house. Fechser were always welcome in our home and always fun. I thank Mrs. Fechser for sharing her family with mine.
