Constance "Connie" Spalding Stewart's Obituary
Early Christmas morning, December 25, 2020, Constance “Connie” Spalding Stewart, loving daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother passed away peacefully in her sleep. Her death was unexpected but knowing her and her love for Christmas, she chose her time perfectly. She was welcomed to this world February 13, 1939, by father, Edmund Spalding and mother, Grace Williamson Spalding. Connie was blessed with three children, Selene Stewart Grace, Brett Stewart (Kindra), and Danny Stewart. She has several grandchildren who she adores and would surprise regularly with grilled cheeses and french fries from Purple Turtle. Connie was raised in Orem, Utah, where she lived her whole life. She attended schools in Vineyard, Orem, and college at BYU, Provo, UT. She also worked several years for Albertson’s Grocery Store.
Connie’s love for life included gardening, going for car rides, always having a one dog or more, her family, and she was the best, late night shopper at Walmart.
Connie is survived by her children, grandchildren, sister Idyll Spalding Thayn, brother William Spalding, and her sweet Chihuahua, Tad.
