Dale “Butch” Robinson
1943 - 2019
Dale (Butch) Robinson passed away Friday, February 1, 2019, at his home in Hooper.
Butch was born on October 6, 1943 to Bert and Beth who preceded him in death, along with sisters, Patsy and Kaye. He is survived by a sister Suzanne, sons Mike (Stephanie), Preston, Carson and spouse Connie (DellaLucia) Robinson.
His early years were spent helping in the family B and B Confectionary, riding horses, and working for farmers during the harvest.
Butch and his father owned an excavation business where he excelled in operating all types of heavy equipment, specializing on Draglines. He was known throughout the intermountain area for his expertise and completed numerous bird refuges and wetland projects for Federal, State, Ducks Unlimited and Private gun clubs. Butch always worked hard and taught his sons the importance of hard work.
Graveside will be 1:00 pm, Friday, February 8, 2019 at the Hooper Cemetery followed by a Memorial at the Hooper Cultural Hall 5616 S. 6100 W.
