Dan was the sweetest guy I never heard a negative thing from him. I worked with him at uswest he was a hard worker I would have had him work for me if it was my company. He wasn't beyond playing a few pranks on his fellow coharts at work just quiet fun to be around. Wish his family peace and comfort.

When I was younger, I wanted to be a Romero but unfortunately Danny was already married!! He was the most good looking, mellow, nicest, funniest guy I had ever met and I enjoyed hanging out with the whole family!! He was always happy and adored by everyone. He definitely fits the saying "only the good die young" he will be missed by all and I know Rose, Lee and Tony will be ecstatic to see him again! Gone to soon...Marina
I was one of Danny’s friends from Qwest. He and Jeanette and I sat together for many many years as assigners, designers and whatever. He was such a pleasure to work with, laughing together, helping each other. It’s just devastating that he’s gone. I’m so sorry for your loss. I know he adored his family.
My favorite memory with Danny goes back to my very first visit to Grandma’s and the family in Midville. We had never met before, but Danny stepped right out of his comfort zone and walked up to me with that easy friendliness he was known for. He asked if I wanted to go down to the ball field with him. After we played for a while, he invited me to come over and spend the night.
From that moment on, Danny was welcoming, engaging, and genuinely inclusive. We quickly became good friends, and he soon became one of my closest cousins. I always looked forward to seeing him and spending time together whenever I visited the Midville area.
Over the years, I loved staying connected with Danny—watching his many hats, his humor, and his playful antics as he shared pieces of his life on Facebook. Those glimpses always brought a smile and reminded me of the warmth he carried everywhere he went.

I lived vicariously through Dan. He enthusiastically shared his exploits and adventures. I looked forward to Thursday mornings during bowling season with Dan sharing his previous nights performance, especially the night he broke 100! (So proud!)
