Darrell James Limb's Obituary
Darrell James Limb, born December 28, 1977, in Salt Lake County, left this world on April 7, 2025, at the age of 47, leaving a legacy of love, laughter, and resilience. Residing in Salt Lake City, Utah, at the time of his passing, Darrell was a pillar of strength and a beacon of positivity to all who knew him.
Darrell was the beloved husband of Angel for 25 wonderful years, a testament to their enduring love and partnership. His pride and joy were his children, Shane (Kenzie) Pritchett, James Bruce Limb, and Ashlie Dawn Marie Limb, who he cherished deeply. Darrell's dedication to his family was unmatched, and his selflessness knew no bounds.
Professionally, Darrell was a Foreman for a pipe-laying crew, a role he embraced with passion and diligence. Despite battling health challenges, he was never one to shy away from hard work, often pushing himself to the limits. His colleagues remember him as the funniest person in the room, a leader who turned every workday into an opportunity for camaraderie and improvement.
He was a fighter through and through, a trait that defined his approach to life's challenges. Known affectionately as "Bush," Darrell's humor and leadership left an indelible mark on everyone he encountered. His legacy of kindness and laughter will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
As he consistently led by example, always supporting others with a generous heart.
Darrell is survived by his wife, Angel Marie Limb; his children, Shane (Kenzie) Pritchett, James Bruce Limb, and Ashlie Dawn Marie Limb; his brothers, Chad (Kisty) Limb, John (Nonny) Pritchett and Lew (Vanessa) Limb; and his sister, April Pritchett. He was preceded by his parents, Roger Bruce Limb Sr. and Cheryl Marie Anderson; his brothers, Roger (Buddah) Limb Jr. and Phillip "Fluffy" Limb; and his grandparents, Rex J Limb and Bernice I Jameson Limb.
A funeral service will be held at 67 E 8000 S, Salt Lake City, Utah 84047. The time of service will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at 12pm-3pm.
