David Jeremy Barnes' Obituary
After a long courageous battle with Hodgkins Lymphoma, Dave passed away with his family by his side. He was born to Arthur David Barnes & Sharon Rae Campbell in Shelly, ID. They moved to the Salt Lake Valley when he was 5. Where he made many close friends. He started working at UTA Trax in 1999 and it soon became his passion. On November 21st, 2009 he married Sara L. Nelson. She along with her 2 daughters Britton & Olivia became the light of his life. He loved hunting, fishing and spending time with his dad. They shared a very special bond. But the thing he loved most was spending time with his girls. The family sends a huge thank you to the staff of LDS Hospital East 8 for the loving care they provided for the past 4 months. Thanks also to the Welby 4th ward & our family & friends that have supported us through this trial. They have all been such a blessing in our life. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM, Monday, August 1st 2011, at the Welby 4th Ward Chapel, 9376 South 4000 West, West Jordan, UT. A viewing will be held at the church Sunday, July 31st from 6-8 pm and Monday 1 hour prior to services.
