I never met David nor did I even know his name until today. We played an online scrabble game for the last several months. We discovered in chatting within the game that we shared a mutual love for music (I am a piano teacher). He had a great sense of humor. I have lost a friend and want to convey to the family my deepest sympathy.

I was shocked and so saddened to learn od Dave's death. He was such a wonderful man and such a great help to me personally.
I am sorry that you have to go through such grief in your loss. I know that when loss occurs so unexpectedly that trauma is added to the loss and compounds the process of coming to terms with it.
I will pray for you and hope that you will take all the time necessary as you cope with the loss of Dave.

So sorry to hear of David's passing. Grew up with him in Enon, Ohio. Graduated with him from Greenon, HS in 1979. He was a true artist on the piano. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Buxton family.

I'm so sorry to hear of David's passing. I remember well listening to his piano lessons with my mother, Carolyn Taylor. I also remember going on a youth trip to Nauvoo with him and a memorable prank he played . . .
