I was saddened to hear of Dave's passing. He was such a great person. I served with him on the Tanner Ditch Board and was on the Holladay City Council when Dave was the City's volunteer Emergency Coordinator. My kids loved participating in the emergency CERT drills he coordinated. Dave was a quiet servant to many, in many roles. He'll be greatly missed.
