David Stanford Jarvis' Obituary
It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved brother, cousin, and friend, David Stanford Jarvis, on March 9th, 2026, at Midtown Manor Care Facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born on February 13, 1958, in Salt Lake City to Stanford and Marjorie Jarvis. David embarked on his educational journey at Cyprus High School. He later earned his GED.
A member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, David leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion. He is survived by his sister, Janet Barrett (Stephen), and his brothers, Brent Jarvis and Steven Jarvis. Nephews Nick Jarvis, Jason Jarvis (Shanon), and Kyle Barrett. He is also survived by nieces Kendall Barrett and Megan Schoenwald(Colin). We extend our deepest gratitude to the staff and friends at Midtown Manor Care Facility for their unwavering support and compassionate care during his time there. David was preceded in death by his parents, Marge and Stan Jarvis.
There will be a celebration of life for David in the future.
