Dear Rosalie and family, So sorry to hear about the loss of your husband and father. Dr. Kimball was such a kind, patient person and I appreciated working with him at the hospital. Rosalie, I also have fond memories of sharing your office on Tuesdays when I worked for Dr. Middleton.
May you all find peace and comfort in the great memories you have. It sounds like he led a full life and leaves quite a legacy.

So sorry to read this news. We got to know each other 12 years ago, when we shared a room in Utah for stroke patients. He was such a loving gentle man. When David started to date my sister Helen I observed in awe the courtship of this All-American couple. When I first came to know him Dave was an all-star in athletics, hard work, and personality. Over the years my impression did not change as he continued his all-star performance as a devoted son, LDS missionary in Australia, husband, father, physician, grandfather, water skier and golfer. Whatever it was I do not know for sure but when anyone might ask me to describe David A, Kimball the words which immediately come to mind are "All-Star." As Alice came to know him over the years she too came to share my opinion.
