David McDonald's Obituary
David McDonald, 70, passed away peacefully in his sister’s home, while on Hospice care, in the early morning hours of Sunday, May 5, 2024. Dave was a gifted artist and designer, working as a graphic designer and an Art Director for both Deseret Book and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for 36 years, receiving a special letter of gratitude and thanks from the First Presidency of the Church upon his retirement for years of dedicated and devoted service. He was an avid hiker, enjoying walking miles in the great outdoors while listening to his vast music library on his airpods. He was a kind and simple man, with a fun personality and a great sense of humor. People loved to be around him. The world has a little less light in it due to his passing. He will be dearly missed by both his family and many friends, but we know he is on the other side, healthy and well, having a grand reunion with yet more family and friends Until we meet again, Dave, with love.
