I knew him well in Taiwan. It’s very painful news to hear of his passing.
My best childhood memories are those I shared with the man I had the good fortune, honor and privilege to call Tonton.
I enjoyed him at every stage of my life, from our playtime in the living room in wassenaar to our discussions at each of his meetings when he came to Brussels.
I miss him already and will miss him for a long time to come, Tonton
Dave has always been a dear brother, friend and confidant. We talked on the phone occasionally and those conversations were always long. He listened well and always gave extraordinary advice. I had no idea of his work brilliance and excellence, I only knew him as a wonderful sibling. Our lives are forever changed with his passing. Til we meet again dear brother- you’re in my heart ❤️ 💙
