Dave was such a nice person. A very gentle, quiet man, but oh man could he play a mean guitar. We know our family was inspired by his talent. A friend reminded us the other day that she bought her first vehicle from Dave at his family business and he has always been her favorite car salesman! We know you will miss him beyond measure, but how blessed you were to have Dave as your husband, father and grandfather. Know you are in our prayers.

I remember this quiet soft spoken guitarist either behind me or to the side of me during worship practice and the actual service. His instrument and talent added so much to the songs that we were doing. Been awhile since I've seen Dave and Brandie, and was sad to learn of his condition. He will be sorely missed! See you on the other side Dave!!
I went to High School with Dave and we had some great times together,after I got married I use to stop and vist him at his car lot Motor city , We always had great talks he use to tell me how much he loved Brandy and his kids, sfter he left motor city i didnt talk to him much but i was able to vist him a few months ago even though he didnt really remember me itwasstill good to see him ROCK ON DAVE see you on the other side
I met Dave back at Sonrise Baptist Church, I always liked Dave and it was always nice to see and talk to him. He loved his family and his wife Brandie very much. I actually got to know Dave even better after he got sick and I would come and visit with him. We would sit for hours and I would listen to Dave as he told me about the days of him growing up, riding motocross, and working at the family car dealership. He always had good things to say about his family and the love of his life Brandie as his face would light up every time he talked about her. Dave became a very good friend to me during these times and I'm not always sure who was helping who. I am going to miss you my friend, thank you for letting me into your world for the times we were able to have together. Brandie you had one special guy there that loved you with all that he had. May you all be at peace knowing Dave is no longer in pain and looking over you until you are reunited once again.
Dave was a pure and kind soul always. His love for Brandie was so true that I could see it in his face every time I saw them together, as was his love for family. Watching family movies lately, I see a lot of his sense of humor and love as well. I will work toward getting copies out to you Brandie.
I remember going out to lunch with him and his wife with my grandparents.
I most loved seeing and hearing Dave play his guitar at our worship services at Sonrise, his joy of serving God in this way was written all over that amazing smile of his! I have to say that he knew cars and sold us many that lasted and never had issues! If we looked at a car that was not good, he would say “ you don’t want this one”! He was honest and fun! And the love he had for Brandie and his family was evident! We will miss you Dave and we will see you again!
