David Eric Olsen's Obituary
David Eric Olsen, age 40, passed away July 16, 2021. Born October 27, 1980 in San Diego, California to Donald and Kathy Andrus Olsen. Married Patricia Anne Felt, May 9, 2003 in the San Diego Temple.
David was an Eagle Scout and served as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to Madagascar from 2000-2002.
David graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University in December 2006 and received certification as a Professional Engineer to assist others with their drawings and designs. He worked for Union Telephone for 11 years designing cell phone towers, then for Sound Design International designing sound systems for church buildings, and lastly for Hill Air Force Base Supply Chain Management.
David is survived by his wife, Patty; children Ryan, Lindsay, Megan, Cami and Amy; father Donald and siblings Jeffrey, Scott, Jennifer, Karen, Gerald, Daniel and Kelli. Preceded in death by his mother Kathy and daughter Amber.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Friday, July 23, 2021 at the Clinton 29th Ward, 2141 West 1800 North, Clinton, Utah with a viewing to begin at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at Clinton City Cemetery.
