My young life with Debbie Flandro was being in Canyon Rim 3rd Ward Primary and Mutual and Canyon Rim El, Wasatch Jr and Skyline High. Also with Cindy Campbell , Ann Dickson. We had fun, talking about our deepest dreams of life, family, school , not liking our Ward boys, then liking the same ones at age 15. We loved listening to music records, cassettes, and sang along with Carpenters, Beatles, Neil Diamond, 3 Dog Night and The Association. Debbie said the song Cherish was favorite. We giggled at sleepovers, Mutual girls camps by Park City and sunburned at Bear Lake and fun Oakcrest. Jodie, a Mutual teacher had a picture and story of Christ in the clouds. Then I moved and went to West High, Mark was a friend, who surprisingly married Debbie! Years later, my own 4th baby Julie died of SIDS and Debbie and Cindy made great effort to come to the funeral. (Ann had passed). I wish I could have known Debbie with her family. I loved reading the obituary. May God bless and comfort your family and with Angel Debbie above. Beth Ann Martin Griggs Roberts.
