Dee (or Mr. Burrell as we knew him) was my 2nd grade teacher at Nathan Hale Elementary school in 1971-72. What a wonderful teacher he was, always wrestling with us boys, yet teaching us etiquette and formidable lessons as young men. What I remember most was his pleasant smile and demeanor he always displayed. Rest in peace teacher.
Dee would let me go out with him early in the morning while he was milking the cow, probably because I talked so much, I would keep him awake. Elizabeth Boger (sister)
I had the privilege to see him often. He was in my stake for a while. Always went out of his way when he saw me ti come and call me cuz and visit. I loved Dee , he will be missed.
