Dennis Wendell Bailey's Obituary
Dennis Wendell Bailey, husband, dad, grandpa, great grandpa and friend passed away at home on February 16, 2013. He was born April 20, 1939 to Wendell and Doris Bailey.
Dennis married Jackie Peterson August 14, 1978. Dennis was an owner/operator truck driver doing what he loved for 50 years hauling specialized heavy equipment. He retired in 2012. He served in the U S Navy and learned a trade in pluming but his heart was in trucking. He was very proud of his family and his trucking career. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Jackie; four daughters Bailey, Dawn (Kent), Gail, Lori (Gary); stepchildren Roger, Janet (Kurt); ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Sisters: Deanna, Sharon and brother George.
A celebration of his life will be held at his home in Grantsville, Utah on March 2, 2013 from 1pm to 4pm for family and friends. Please contact the family for directions.
