Dennis Wesley Olson's Obituary
Dennis Wesley Olson was reunited with his sweetheart Joyce Aland Olson on January 18, 2021.
He was born on June 16, 1939 to Verna Lucy Redington and Wesley Ernest Olson. He was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was true to any calling he was given, the most challenging and rewarding one being the Gospel Doctrine Teacher. His favorite thing was to spend time with his family, fishing, camping, playing games or just sitting around talking and laughing together.
Dennis is survived by his children, Jeffrey (Brenda) Olson, Tad (Annette) Olson, Russell (Melanie) Olson, Mindee (Jeff) Knight, Ricky (Sheri) Olson, 22 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings, Renee (Melvin) Clinger, Tina (John) Fisher, Nola Budge, and Jerry Olson.
He is preceded in death by his wife and parents.
A viewing will be held Saturday, January 30th, 2021 from 9:30-10:45 am followed by the funeral at 11:00 am at the LDS Chapel, 237 E. Sego Lily Dr. Sandy. Interment at Crescent Cemetery, 11105 South State St. Sandy, Utah.
