Dixie Lee Fowers Reynolds' Obituary
Dixie Lee Fowers Reynolds, born August 24, 1945, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Alice Wanona Barton and George Levern Fowers, passed away September 14, 2024, in Gilbert, Arizona. Dixie grew up in Driggs, Idaho, where she excelled in the arts and music. She later attended BYU, where she majored in Dance and minored in Art.
In 1972, Dixie married her sweetheart, Paul Reynolds. They built a loving home for their five children: LeRita (Jeremy), George (Jennifer), LaVon (Kelly), Gerald (Jennifer), and Geoff (Bonnie). Dixie’s faith was the foundation of her life. She served missions for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Melbourne, Australia, and with Paul in London, England.
Dixie was predeceased by her parents, her sisters Dolores, Ramona, Dorcus, and her brother George. She is survived by her husband Paul, her brother Robert, her five children and their spouses, and 13 grandchildren, 4 of which are married.
