Donald Stewart Chase beloved father and friend to many passed away peacefully on September 8,2025 at the age of 81. He was born on May 24, 1944 in Ogden, Utah.
Don filled life with creative ideas, adventures, and an endless curiosity for the world around him.
Those who knew Don will remember his uncanny ability to recall everyone's birthday, he never missed a chance to celebrate you.
If you were especially lucky, you still have one of his famous two dollar bills, a token of his generosity and his signature phrase: " Get'er Done".
Don's wisdom was simple, yet profound: " Life's about maintenance". Whether it was nurturing relationships, caring for a home, or keeping a car running smoothly. Don believed in tending to what matters most. As he leaves this life, Don wished for one last message to be shared in his obituary: "My dance card is full." His legacy will continue in the lives he touched, the love he gave, and the lessons he left behind. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, and brother. He is survived by his daughter Cindi (Kelly) Facer, Troy (Amy) Chase and sisters Margaret, Mary, Ann, and many nieces, and nephews.
There will be a Celebration of Life which will be held on September 29 2025 from 4pm to 6pm at R. Kenneth Baldwin 2850 W. 3300 S.,West Haven, Utah. Where family and friends will share stories, Laughter, and love in honor of Don.
