Donna Ann Lavergne Faulk's Obituary
Donna Ann Lavergne Faulk, 75, of Farr West, Utah, passed away at home on December 31, 2024.
She was born in Rayne, Louisiana 29 September 1949. Donna and Leeray were married on 25 July 1967.
She is survived by her husband Leeray John Faulk, son Chad (Fern) Faulk, grandchild Deidre (Mat) Wilson, sisters Dianne Pellerin, Sandy Credeur Smith, and brother Oday Lavergne. She was preceded in death by her son Damon Oday Faulk, parents Oday and Rita (Cormier) Lavergne and sister Doreen Hanks.
Donna was known for her kind heart, smile and her knowledge. She was a teacher for many years in both Texas and Utah. She loved being around children, and helping others.
At her request, there will be no service.
She will be dearly missed by all.
