To the Family - I worked with Doug at the IRS for many years back in the 80s and he and our colleagues kept in touch through the early 2000s but then touch. I am saddened to learn of his passing. He was a great guy. Many funny memories, especially of his visits to Dallas where he would buy bags of Lime chips and even ask us to mail him bags. I remember his love of desktop publishing, his sense of humor that was infectious, his wit and common sense approach to life. Please know that we carry you and your family in our thoughts and prayers! Fly high big guy!
