Earline Aldridge Day's Obituary
Earline Aldridge Day of Bountiful, Utah joined her eternal companion September 26, 2022. Earline was born February 14, 1931 in Caswell County, North Carolina to Earlie Aldridge and Beulah Friddle Aldridge. She is a third-generation member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and grew up in a small branch Union Ridge and later name changed to
Aldridge Chapel Branch.
Earline enjoyed many callings in the Church in the ward and stake level. She served as a receptionist in the Washington, DC temple and ordinance worker in the Las Vegas temple. She served a mission in the Central Atlantic States 1949-1952.
Preceded in death her husband Clarence (2017), son Evan (2014) sister Mogene (2021). Survived by son Norman of Salt Lake City; grandsons Joshua Day of Salt Lake City, Dustin Day (Meg) of Fairfax, VA and Michael Day of Purcellville, VA. Daughters-in-law Carol Gordon of Salt Lake City, UT and Gail Day of St. Augustine, FL, sister-in-law Darlene Harris and her family of Las Vegas, NV.
Funeral services will be held Monday, October 3rd, 11:00 am at the LDS Church on 3317 So. 8 West, Bountiful, UT with a viewing prior to services from 10:00 – 10:45 am. Interment, Utah Veterans Memorial Park, 17111 So. Camp Williams Rd., Bluffdale, UT.
