Eddie Jo Pacheco's Obituary
Eddie Jo Pacheco
1967-2022
Eddie was born on February 11, 1967 to Amos and Gloria Pacheco in Salt Lake City, Utah. He left this earth on August 18, 2022.
Eddie graduated from Layton High School in 1985. Together, with Lisa Ramirez, they had two beautiful daughters; Brianna and Gabrielle. Then later, four amazing grandchildren; Jesse, Journey, Justice and Jenesis (JJ). Eddie lived life on his terms. He loved camping, fishing, hunting and spending time with family and friends. Barbecuing and drinking a beer with people he loved was also a favorite pastime for him. He loved playing practical jokes and was well known for his sarcasm and quick wit. We miss him so much already but we are grateful to God that he is out of pain and at peace.
Eddie is survived by his daughters Brianna Pacheco, Gabrielle Pacheco, son-in-law Jay Erebia, his grandchildren and his sisters Lori Wilson (David),Laura Malone and several nieces and nephews, his sister-in-laws Tiffany and Tammy. He is preceded in death by both of his parents, his brothers Tom and Arthur, his nephews Andrew and Dustin and his niece Savannah.
Eddie's family would like to thank Applegate Hospice. Especially Jan, Natalie and Dr. Firth for the care and compassion that they showed him in these last few months.
A service will be held in his honor Saturday August 27th, 12 p.m. at Premier Funeral Home 67 East 8000 South Midvale, Utah.
