We first met Edith, & Werner and their delightful children when we lived in Frankfurt/Bad Vilbel in the mid 70s. We had heard so many wonderful things about this amazing family, whom Lee’s brother, Wayne had baptized in the 60s. We visited the Rauh’s in Hof, and got to explore their great farm. They later came to visit us in Bad Vilbel and our children all bonded. We kept finding opportunities to get together over the years, either when we all lived in Germany or when they immigrated to the U S. We love them dearly. Edith was kind, sweet, cheerful and a spiritual giant. She served everyone as our Savior taught us to do, and had an unshakable faith. I only hope we can all live our lives so as to be worthy to go where she has gone. We love you Edith! Fly high 🫶❣️️🫶
