Edna Judith Flores Hernandez's Obituary
Edna “Judith” Flores - Hernandez was called home to be with Jesus on April 10, 2022 at age 67 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
She is survived by her 2 children, Luis (Tawni), Heydi Estrada and her 7 grandchildren Melanie, Cedric, Desiree, Destiny, Jayden, Taylor and Nevaeh and her first great granddaughter on the way, Ariella.
Judith was born in Guatemala in 1955. She proudly joined the Guatemalan police force as one of the first women to join the force and to become a detective. She also played on the Academy's basketball team.
Her family was everything to her. She sacrificed her wants and needs to always make sure her family was taken care of.
She loved spending time with her family, cooking and teaching the kids her Guatemalan recipes. She loved flowers, her plants, gardening, sewing, and making arts and crafts including pinatas.
She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, mother and 3 brothers.
The family would like to say thank you to Alpine Meadow Rehabilitation and Nursing home in Salt Lake City for the abundant love, care and support they provided to Judith and her family, during her stay at the facility and her last days.
