Elaine Faye Anderson's Obituary
Elaine Faye Anderson 1943-2024 Saratoga Springs, Utah- Elaine Faye Anderson passed away on November 4, 2024, surrounded by her family and loved ones. Elaine was born on April 5, 1943, in Rexburg, Idaho, and was the fourth child of Don Carlos and Susie Belle Parker. Elaine’s other siblings are Jeannine, Keith, Marilyn, and Carlos. Elaine grew up in Rexburg, graduated from Madison High School – Class of 1961, and attended Rick’s College for a time.
On November 15, 1968, Elaine married and was sealed to Kendall Heber Anderson in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. They made their first home in Bountiful, Utah before settling in Highland, Utah for much of their life together before finally retiring to Saratoga Springs, Utah. She was active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served faithfully in her various callings throughout her life. She was devoted to caring for her family and spending time outdoors in her garden and yard. She loved cooking and baking her own family recipes, eating homemade fudge and especially cheesecake, and sewing dresses and doing various craft projects. She loved telling of her time growing up in Idaho, fishing with her dad in Island Park, and visiting the Tetons and working her summers in Jackson Hole.
She will be missed immensely! Elaine is survived by her children Bryan, Stephan, Suzanne (Luker), Craig, Mark (deceased), and Shellee (Anderson). A funeral service of family and friends will be held on Friday, November 15, 2024, at 11:00AM, at the LDS meetinghouse located at 267 W. Weatherby Drive, Saratoga Springs, Utah.
A viewing will be held the same day prior to the funeral service on Friday, November 15, 2024, from 9:00AM to 11:00AM at the same meetinghouse listed above at 267 W. Weatherby Drive, in Saratoga Springs.
