1928 - 2018
Eleanor Joy Bowman returned to her loving Heavenly Father on Friday, February 23, 2018, surrounded by her family.
Eleanor was born in Mona, UT on July 20, 1928. She married LeRoy Glen Bowman on February 4, 1949.
Eleanor served faithfully in the LDS church, where she held many callings. She also worked at Carol's Wig Shop for 42 years. In recent years she enjoyed shopping with her lifelong friends, weekly games days, and spending time with her family.
Eleanor was preceded in death by her husband LeRoy Bowman, parents Jesten and Joy Young, and siblings Dick Young and Renee Farrell.
She is survived by son Calvin Bowman (Brenda), daughter Denise LeCheminant (Bart), 6 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held 12:00 Noon, Saturday, March 10, 2018 at the Mona Cemetery located at 700 E Cemetery Lane, Mona, Utah.
