We were blessed to have Elgin and Joan as neighbors and friends for over 30 years. Elgin possessed an accepting and loving personality, as well as a wonderful sense of humor. He radiated warmth and we loved our time with him whether it was dinners together or simply visiting over the fence. All of our children have similar fond memories of Elgin. This extended to our grandson Logan, who, starting at the age of two, always wanted to go next door to see Elgin.
Elgin was a fun, thoughtful, kind, sweet soul and we miss him.
