Ellis Winfred Lewis' Obituary
Ellis Winfred Lewis of Orem, Utah, died at the age of 90 early Wednesday morning, November 24, 2010 in the loving care of his wife. Ellis was born July 10, 1920, in Arkansas to Ernest and Zouella Perry Lewis. His family moved to Morgan, Utah when he was 5 years of age. Ellis graduated from the University of Utah in pharmacology, and was valued and admired as the owner of Park Pharmacy in Provo, Utah, where he served as the pharmacist and owner until he retired at the age of 88. Ellis is survived by his wife Dionne, his children, Leslie, Ramon, Cheryl Painter, George Taddei, Douglas Bochardt, Catherine Rasmussen, Jennifer Rickman, and Rebekah Lewis and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Ellis was preceded in death by his first two wives, Elsie and Ezma and two sons Chuck and (William) Bill “Bear” Lewis. Services will be held Saturday, November 27 at 11:00 A.M., 1100 N. 1075 W, Orem, Utah. There will be a viewing one hour prior to the service and a viewing on Friday, November 26 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. both held at the same location. Interment will be at the South Morgan Cemetery, 567 N. 46 S., Morgan, Utah at 3:00 P.M.
