Ellis David Rishton's Obituary
Ellis David Rishton, 86, died on December 28, 2021 in Glendale, California.
He was born August 30, 1936 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Ellis Lyman Rishton and Afton Dot Robertson Rishton. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He loved to play the organ for meetings.
David graduated from the University of Utah. He was very musical and artistic. He was delighted to be in Ballet West’s Nutcracker ballet.
He is survived by his sister, Chari R. Engle (Denny); brother, Barry Lynn Rishton; nephews, Scott K. Engle and Daniel Ryan Engle.
Preceded in death by his parents, and his sister-in-law, Darlene.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, January 18th, 10:00 am at the Salt Lake City Cemetery, under the direction of Premier Funeral Services.
