Emiliano Keith Melendez
Birth and Death date: December 30th 2025.
He was delivered at 16 weeks gestation at 7:31 am. He weighed 47 grams and was 13 cm long.
Emiliano is survived by his parents Emmanuel and Ashley Melendez and his three older siblings. Margarita who is 9, Daniel who is 6, and Vincent who is 3. He was held and is loved deeply by all of his family. While short, his life made a great and everlasting impact.
His life will be a remembrance to live fully, love deeply, forgive easily, and to enjoy every occasion that may come. With the belief that Emiliano is watching over us through the good and the bad, until we are reunited. He will never be forgotten or replaced.
His family and their friends were able to attend a cremation viewing on January 1st 2026 held by Premier Funeral Services in Salt lake City Utah.
We love you son, always and forever.
