Ernest Clarence Prutzman
1929 – 2016
In loving memory of Ernest C Prutzman who passed on September 30, 2016. Born September 20, 1929 to Clarence and Agatha Prutzman in Plymouth, Pennsylvania. He married his childhood sweetheart Kathleen Ellen Maxwell on August 28, 1950, and were married for 62 loving years while raising four children. He is an Air Force Veteran having served in the Korean War proudly. He retired from Hercules Inc, in 1991 which was hard after 30 years of enjoyable employment. He was on the board that brought the Cottonwood Recreation Center, the first of its kind to the area.
He is preceded in death by his wife Kathleen, survived by his children, Wayne, Gail (Joe), Gary, Kath and grandchildren Kory and Jake.
Ernest embodied what it meant to be a good husband, father and grandfather always putting others before himself. Family always came first. We will deeply miss him.
A private memorial will be held for Ernest. Interment with honors will be at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Bluffdale, UT.
