Ethel-Lee Jensen was born June 5, 1944, in Phoenix Arizona, and then moved to Logan, Utah, where she attended Utah State University.
She moved to Salt Lake City and worked as an administrative assistant at the Utah State Office of Education.
Ethel-Lee enjoyed square dancing and loves theater symphony and opera, attending performances for year; she always felt she wanted to participate in the theater.
She traveled to Greece and fell in love with the country.
Ethel-Lee is kind and generous, and has helped many of her friends over the years.
