Eva Shear Parkinson
1932 – 2017
Our loving mother and friend, Eva Shear Parkinson, passed away February 5, 2017. Eva was born August 7, 1932 in Midway, Utah to George Clark and Ida Moulton Shear.
She attended Wasatch High School, then went to work for Mountain Bell. She retired from the phone company after 32 years of service. She then worked for Zion’s Bank for 10 years.
Eva was a wonderful mother to her 2 sons, Greg and Steve Parkinson. Not on was she a full-time worker for 42 years, but she played the role of both father and mother to her children.
Survived by her sons, Greg and Steve and brothers, Ricky Schear and Roy Shear.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, February 9, 2017, 12:00 noon at the Midway Cemetery, Midway, Utah.
