Evan Del Carlson's Obituary
Evan Del Carlson of Syracuse, Utah, passed away on June 9, 2023 from complications of pneumonia.
He was born prematurely on July 5, 1984 in Lancaster, California to Carl and Lisa Carlson. He is the
second of three children.
Evan graduated from Ben Lomond High School in Ogden, Utah and went on to obtain his Associates Degree from Weber State University.
Although he spent most of his life in Utah, Evan also loved the state of Florida and spent many years there, ultimately meeting the mother of his four children, Christine. Prior to moving back to Utah just a few years ago, he also completed the Daytona Beach Half Marathon in 2019.
Evan loved spending time with family and cherished every moment he was able to spend with his children.
He had a gentleness with animals and frequently volunteered for the Annual Bison Roundup on Antelope Island. There was never a time he was without the company of a pet…sometimes even baby
ducklings.
Evan was a gentle, compassionate, caring person that loved life and lived it ”His Way”.
He is survived by his mother and father, Lisa and Carl. His daughter, Paisley and sons, Ryder, Cameron and Taylor. His brother, Shane and sister, Breeanna. His nephew, Drayven and nieces, Alyssa and
Faith and grand-niece, Wrenlee.
Services will be held at Premier Funeral Services, 5335 South 1950 West, Roy, Utah, 84067. Viewing
will be held 10:00-11:00 AM and Services 11:30-12:30. Interment to follow at the Lindquist Memorial Park 1867 N. Fairfield Road, Layton, Utah 84041.
