I wanted to express my sympathy to Jody's family and let them know it was great growing up with him. There were several kids our age but Jody was the only boy. I remember on our first day of school we lined up for lunch and marched to the bathroom to wash our hands. Jody followed us girls to the restroom and when he realized it, I think he was embarrassed. I felt bad for him. He took it in stride and from then on he always went down the hallway to the boys restroom. I have such fond memories of Jody. He was always kind and soft spoken and also very smart. I'm sure he was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. May the Lord bless your family with peace and his abiding love.
