Frank and his brother Geoff were two of my dear friends in our college years. Shared rides from Oakland to Provo when we went to BYU. I later transferred to Utah State University and lost track of both of them. I am so sorry for your loss. I remember him as a sweet, generous, kind person who was fun to talk to and be with.
