Frank Sylvester Tedesco returned home to his Father in Heaven on August 26, 2015. A beautiful confirmation of eternal life was experienced upon his passing.
Frank was born in Salt Lake City, UT on March 13, 1921 to Frank Dewey and Clarice Mary Hansen Tedesco. At age 12, after losing his father, Frank, his mother and sister Darlene moved from Bacchus to Salt Lake where he later met his eternal sweetheart, Chloe LaRue Myers. They were married in Nevada July 6, 1941 and their marriage was later solemnized in the Los Angeles Temple June 7, 1967. Together they raised three children in Arcadia, CA., Linda, Pamela and Craig. He was a lifetime member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints holding many positions of leadership and teaching.

His dynamic voice and vocabulary was recognized and rewarded by receiving national awards with Toast masters of America and Dale Carnegie. He spent many years as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff with Los Angeles County and won top awards in competitive marksmanship.
Frank enjoyed the great outdoors. He loved fishing, hunting, dirt bike riding, hiking, snow skiing and most of all GOLF! As a family we loved our times together spend at Balboa and Laguna Beach, Big Bear, San Diego, Solvang, Glen Oaks and visiting Grandma in SLC.
Our Dad was a man who dearly loved his family. He was fiercely loyal and protective of those he loved, yet tender hearted and sensitive to meeting our every need. The role of father and grandfather was his greatest joy! We will miss him deeply. His daily presence has been withdrawn for now but his love , example and strength will live with us forever until we meet again.
He is survived by his daughter Pamela Solomon, son Craig Tedesco, grandchildren Dennis (Kathy) Liepman, Michael Tedesco, Moriah Solomon, Bryson Tedesco, great-granddaughter Katie Liepman and –daughter-in-law Christy Tedesco. Preceded in death by his parents, wife, sister and daughter Linda.
The family wishes to thank our dear friends at Parklane Sr. Living, Cornerstone Home Health and Hospice and especially the team of the loving and compassionate caregivers that loved and cared for Frank unconditionally, Sandy, Mary, Jasmina, Rocio and Cookie.
