Gary Lynn Pertillo's Obituary
Garry Lynn Pertillo was born to the parents of the late Charles Pertillo Sr. and Louise Stewart Pertillo on March 28, 1958. Garry attended Maude C. Pye Elementary school and graduated from Northeast High School in 1977. He was a Bibb County Fire Fighter for some years; he went on to become an over the road truck driver traveling the United States and seeing the country. His last stop was in Salt Lake City Utah.
Garry is preceded in death by brothers Thomas Pertillo, Kenneth Pertillo, a sister Charlaenette Middleton, and his wife Helen Pertillo.
Garry was a one-of-a-kind type guy, he had a genuine heart for people and a great love for the word of God. He left an impression everywhere he went; he leaves to carry on the memories a daughter Kaleshia A. Pertillo, two sons Garry L. Pertillo Jr. Justin Pertillo, a brother Charles (Juanita) Pertillo, two sisters Shelia Barron of California and Kathy (Charles) Glover of Macon, a host of niece’s, nephew’s family and friends to share the memories for him.
We would like to send “A Thousand Thank You’s” to the state of Utah, Olympus Hospice Care, Salt Lake City Hospital and the entire team of individuals that took care of Garry during his stay there, Tessa and Jennifer to name a few a thousand times over thank you!!!
